Frog Dive E-News

25 February 2010

Gday Froggies,

Sean did a night dive last night at Shelly Beach, and from his short conversation, it was all good. The diving conditions this weekend will also be favourable. If you know of anyone that wants to receive these emails, and is currently not getting them copy this small link and send it to them so that they can register https://secure1.impactdata.com.au/public/regform.asp?utilitycode=5e96jgm39-177&pageColour=F3F2E2&imgSrc=http://static.impactdata.com.au/email-images/177/2010225121455/fh.gif or they can simply go to the website and on the right side of the home page there is a “What’s new” section. This is where the link will take them.

This weekend Theo Starr is conducting a digital underwater photography course for both stores. Please contact either store for more details. By the way if you log on to www.frogdive.com.au and open any specialty course, you will be able to see the schedule for this year’s courses at the bottom of each page, called “Course starting dates”.

CLEAN UP AUSTRALIA DAY

Young Ben has been volunteered to assist in a Frog Dive effort to clean up Australia at Camp Cove on Sunday the 7th March [not this weekend as was previously advertised]. If you are able to come along please email dennis@frogdive.com.au and give the boys your details. Ben plans to start at 9am.

BOAT DIVES THIS WEEKEND

This weekend looks like it will be a ripper for boat diving conditions, with little wind and low swell. Peter has plenty of space on Saturday diving out from Long Reef at 10am and 12 noon. For those that have not yet been able to dive there, it is and has been, one of Sydney’s best dives for marine life. Schools of bait fish, pelagic species like kingfish and the odd grey nurse shark sometimes show their faces. Once this email goes out I think you will find the spaces will fill quickly.

OCEANIC’S CURRENT 30% SALE FINISHES NEXT WEEK

You have read correctly, it is coming to an end. To see the deal in full , once again log on to www.frogdive.com.au and on the home page, left side, you can click on the image to get the details. There will most probably be another promotion to run shortly, but this opportunity is ending.

FORSTER SEAL ROCKS NEXT WEEKEND 6/7TH MARCH

If you have not yet heard, Kevin Wass is taking anyone wanting to go away with him, up to dive what is at the moment, fantastic Forster and Seal Rocks. This is your ebst opportunity all year to get the best visibility, marine life and sea conditions, as March is traditionally the best time of year to dive here. Regardless of what style of diver you are, new, intermediate or an expert like Dennis, make whatever excuse is needed to get on this weekend away.....it will be the type of diving you have been wanting to experience. The cost is $350, $325 team members, and 4 boat dives , accommodation, air fills, and your second tank are supplied along with breakfast. It is only a week away!
