“Start Today” refundable $99 CD home study option plus one of the following
Weekend Bronze Program $375 or $350 with a friend
Mid Week Full Time Program $375 per person only
Weekend Silver Program $450 or $425 with a friend
Gold Program $799 or $745 with a friend
  • Don’t forget to get your medical (not more than 12 months old)
  • Please attach 2 passport size photos with your name on the back
  • Please arrange to pick up your dive manual before the course starts.

Payment Details:

Please submit your booking form with a contact number so that we can call you back and take a $50.00 per person deposit.

This will confirm we have received your booking form via email and also allow us to answer any further questions you may have. If you have not heard from us within 24 hrs please call the centre you wish to learn at, Frog Dive Guildford 9892 3422 or Frog Dive Willoughby 9958 5699, between 10am & 7pm so we can book you in.

  1. A medical check-up is required. The form for completion by a doctor can be printed out by clicking here
  2. 2 passport size photographs are also required on the first night for your certification
