Please, remember:

The time the boat departs from Terrial haven at 8am. Please be at the wharf earlier to board the boat at a timely manner;
- You MUST have a minimum of an Advanced certification to book
- Single tank dives only
- PLEASE NO SCOOTERS
- All divers are required to have a SMB (surface marker buoy) and whistle (or similar) at all times during dives;
- There are NO hang tanks, please ensure you take enough air for the dive plus contingency
*Frog Dive reserves the right to change dive locations according to prevailing weather conditions to ensure the safety of our divers & staff.
Booking Cancelation & Refunds Policy

Frog Dive will offer Full Refund or Store Credit (up to customer’s discretion) in case of cancelation of the dive due to adverse weather conditions, technical problems or any reason deemed threatening to safety of divers & staff.

If the Customer cancel the booking:

Within 8 days prior the dive: Frog Dive will credit the total value in store credit to be used within 12 months of booking;

7 to 4 days prior the dive: Frog Dive will credit 50% of the value in store credit to be used within 12 months of booking;

within 3 days prior the dive: Frog Dive will not provide any credit/refund to the customer.
