Sean Pittaway is one of Frog Dive’s dedicated instructors renowned for his approachable and adventurous spirit. His passion for diving began with his army mates and evolved into a career exploring wrecks, caves, and vibrant dive sites worldwide. Locally, Sean favours the beauty of Shelly Beach, while international dives continue to fuel his sense of discovery. Frog Dive’s 2024 Instructor of the Year.

Ben Morgan is Frog Dive’s wreck diving expert with over 15 years of deep-sea experience. Specialising in technical wreck dives and rebreather technology, Ben has explored awe-inspiring locations like Truk Lagoon, Thailand, and the Solomon Islands. Locally, Clifton Gardens remains a favourite for its underwater allure. With a passion for uncovering the ocean's hidden histories and a strong focus on safety, Ben is an ideal guide for your next Frog Dive adventure.

Megan "Megs" is a Frog Dive instructor whose love of the sea began young and turned into a scuba career after a first dive in Thailand. Certified in 2015 and now an Open Water Scuba Instructor, she loves helping new divers build confidence. Her favourite Sydney dives are The Steps and Shelly Beach, and she is always up for talking sharks, buoyancy and liveaboards.
