Please, remember:

• Have your second tank ready to be loaded in the boat in the morning;

• If you require Gear Hire, it must be picked up at Frog Dive on the day prior the dive (paid separately);

• Bring your Diver Certification Card for verification;

• All divers are required to have a SMB (surface marker buoy) and whistle (or similar) at all times during dives;

* ATTENTION:

For the tropical water divers: if you have never done a dive in Sydney, we strongly recommend that you to do a shore dive first, before doing a boat dive. Reason is that Sydney has amazing diving spots, however it is a temperate water destination. That means that the water is generally colder (average temperature in winter 15 degrees C and summer 18 degrees C)  and with reduced visibility when compared with tropical diving destinations.

Frog Dive reserves the right to change dive locations according to prevailing weather conditions to ensure the safety of our divers & staff.

Booking Cancelation & Refunds Policy

1. Frog Dive will offer Full Refund or Store Credit (up to customer’s discretion) in case of cancelation of the dive due to adverse weather conditions, technical problems or any reason deemed threatening to safety of divers & staff.

2. If the Customer cancel the booking:

• Within 8 days prior the dive: Frog Dive will credit the total value in store credit to be used within 12 months of booking;

• 7 to 4 days prior the dive: Frog Dive will credit 50% of the value in store credit to be used within 12 months of booking;

• within 3 days prior the dive: Frog Dive will not provide any credit/refund to the customer.
