First of all, yes we are OPEN! and will remain open until it's not an option anymore. Frog Dive has been in business for over 35 years, and this place is more than work for us, is our home. When we say that our customers are Family, we actually meant that.
We appreciate all the support we have received from our customers, and we will keep standing for as long as we can to keep on providing air fills, scuba gear and services.
In these unprecedented times, we want to reach out to let you know what Frog Dive is doing to support our team and customers to get through the uncertainties we all face.
In efforts to prevent contaminations with COVID-19 (Corona Virus), please note:
❗️ The guided shore dives are temporarily suspended. We will resume with the dives as soon as possible.
❗️Gear Hire preventative measures:
- Hire Regulators are being cleaned and disinfected with Steramine, a powerful and safe sanitiser. Please follow staff directions when hiring gear.
- Hired Regulators will be fitted with a brand-new mouth piece to all customers free of charge.
- Wetsuits, BCDs, Weight Belts, fins and all other gear available for hire are being cleaned with disinfectant shampoo.
- Mask & Snorkels will no longer be available for hire until further notice. We have discounted Mask & Snorkel sets available at a starting price of $45 that are suitable for diving and snorkelling;
❗️ To all the students that are booked on the coming courses: all the training diving programs are temporarily suspended. We will contact you as soon as we have suitable date options for re-booking. Rest assure, the training agencies have allowed an extension period of 24 months for re-scheduling of courses free of charge.
❗️ If you have been feeling unwell, have any flu-like symptoms, have travelled in the last two weeks or have been in contact with a person with or under investigation for COVID-19: we ask that you do not come into the store to help us minimise the risk to other customers and staff.
